A renowned international 5* resort in Zanzibar is looking for a Sous Chef urgently.
- previous experience in the same role within 5* resorts
- good knowledge of English
- available asap for minimum 2 years
- traveling on single status
Salary range: approximately 1500-2000/- USD plus expat benefits

Use of resort facilities
Works along side the Executive Chef to manage running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. In
the absence of the Executive Chef is responsible for the outlet food operation.
Lead and inspire the brigade to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times
Help develop the junior chefs.
Ensure consistency of produce throughout the kitchen.
Supervise service ensuring presentation, quality and consistency of food is compliant with
designated recipes and restaurant standards.
Assist the Executive Chef in menu compilation and possess an in depth knowledge of the full menu.
