1.1 Prepares housekeeping attendants job assignments.
1.2 Issues keys and supplies to room attendants and house attendants.
1.3 Takes note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, sleep out, double-lock rooms and takes appropriate action.
1.4 Attends daily meetings and receives special instructions.
1.5 Receives check-outs before reporting them as ready for sale.
1.6 Receives special requests from guests and carries them out.
1.7 Attends to guest complaints.
1.8 Inspects areas cleaned using checklist to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in room are as per standard, and need for immediate repairs are reported.
1.9 Makes trouble report for room or item in need of repair and follows-up to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.

1.11 inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms, to insure the standards are being achieved by each employee.
1.12 Fills out report and hands over found articles to the lost and found department.

1.14 Trains and assists room attendants and advises Executive Housekeeper if performance is not satisfactory.
1.15 Supervises special cleaning of rooms.
1.16 Checks and orders supplies for designated floors.
1.17 Assists with inventory.
1.18 Ensures that all housekeeping machines and equipment are properly handled and maintained.
1.19 Evening Housekeeping supervisor supervises turn down service.
1.20 To report any equipment failures/problems to the Maintenance Department.
1.21 To pass any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department.
1.22 To participate in any Training/Developments schemes as recommended by senior management.
1.23 follow proper payroll and key procedures
1.24 make recommendations and follow through on conflict resolution, coaching and counseling, and, when appropriate, disciplinary action for assigned staff.
