Male , required for an Hotel in Dubai.

Responsible for washing all the dishes and kitchen utensils. Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness around all food production areas and kitchen area. Ensure kitchen is cleaned, organized and maintained to the operating standards set by the Hotel.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
 Responsible to clean, wash, polish dishes and other F&B operating equipment according to the established hygiene and sanitation standards of the Hotel.
 Responsible to clean, wash pots, pans and other kitchen utensils in accordance with the established hygiene and sanitation standards of the Hotel.
 Keep glassware organized at all times and store clean dishes in the proper location.
 Organize all pots, pans, serving spoons, utensils, etc in the racks appropriately after cleaning.
 Ensure food production areas supplied with clean and dry kitchen utensils.
 Keeps kitchen area, dish area and staff cafeteria clean, neat, tidy and well organized at all times.
 Set-up buffet in staff cafeteria, replenish food and utensils accordingly.
 Pick up all dirty dishes from staff cafeteria for cleaning and return it to the proper location.
 Wash, clean and scrub all the utensils as required.
 Remove food waste and garbage at periodic intervals as necessary in accordance with the established sanitation standards of the Hotel.
 Dispose all broken items in proper area, record all breakage and reports to Steward Supervisor.
 Responsible to use cleaning chemicals, washing accessories and supplies in the appropriate manner.
 Ensure all F&B machineries and equipment are clean and sanitized according to the established hygiene and sanitation standards of the Hotel.
 Clean all equipment using the correct cleaning chemicals and ensure that they are properly sanitized.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
 High School/Diploma or relevant.
 Preferred minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
 Good knowledge of health, safety and food hygienic standards.
 Good knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and tools.
 Good command of English.
