You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Commis Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Traiteur presents casual dining within a Creek front setting offering panoramic views of the marina. After a short break, Traiteur has reopened offering guests the opportunity to engage in a casual setting overlooking the signature show kitchen. The interiors feature a new lifestyle ambiance complemented by unique architecture. The back-to-basics menu at Traiteur incorporates elements of classic French cooking, accompanied by seasonal surprises. Sharing dishes fuel casual conversations, ensuring a social and interactive environment bustling with flair and energy. Qualifications
2 years work experience as Commis Chef or 4 years as Apprentice in a quality French or German restaurant with good standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge.
