Sales Executive (Ladies Only)

 Targeting new business opportunities for rooms as well as for Food & Beverages & other revenue department.
 Building and maintaining existing relationships.
 Develop and maintain a contact and customer database within the following market segments:
-UAE Corporate Market
-Incentive and Corporate Group Travel
-Industry Partners
 Develop and promote product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows
 Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
 Establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, partners and contacts
 Maintain a clear line of communication on sales commitments to Hotel/Chain Operations.
 Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives
 To get the Manager report and the related guest in-house, arrival & departure report on daily basis to have the update knowledge of the hotel occupancy.
 Must be able to communicate information and ideas clearly. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle everyday situations quickly and effectively.
 To attend the daily sales briefing with all the details related to the hotel occupancy and the banqueting business whenever required.
 To go for your sales calls daily from Saturday to Thursday as early as possible.
 To make daily sales calls and to have minimum 5 sales calls a day submit to the Asst. Sales Manager to submit to GM office on daily basis.
 Every Thursdays you must make your weekly sales call report and submit to the Asst. Sales Manager to submit to GM office.
 Must report to the hotel before going to the sales calls, you are absolutely not allowed to go on sales calls without coming to the hotel, unless approved by the Asst. Sales Manager/General Manager one day advance. Must report back to the hotel after finishing the sales calls in the afternoon.
 To keep yourself updated about the occupancy forecast of the hotel & required to work closely with Revenue Management.
 At the end of every month Monthly Sales call report with the production report must be submitted GM office through Asst. Sales Manager.
 To have the complete knowledge of all the events going on in the city.
 To have the maximum knowledge for the occupancy status of your competitors in the market.
 To make sure that the hotels credit policy is followed properly, not to extend credit to anyone without having approval from the hotel credit department.
 To help the credit department for the payment recoveries.
 Make sure that the hotel entertainment policy is followed very strictly.

 Refrain from entertain the clients in the lobby or in the office.
 Any client entertainment must be approved by the GM in advance.
 Any complimentary service to any of your client must be approved by the GM in advance.
 Your presence in the hotel is compulsory during the banquet function or any group or VIP check-in from your client.
 Any complain from any of the client must be notified to higher authority
