To ensure that work areas, machines & equipment are cleaned & tidy at all times.
To follow up strictly routine duties & production level is at maximum.
To provide the highest standard of guest service to hotel guests.
To ensure proper conduct & acts accordingly at all times.
To perform any combination of tasks as related to the position & to maintain efficient operation.
Reports to duty at a specific time & shift in complete uniform with own name tag.
Signs in & out for key from HK office.
Checks daily HK bulletin board for special notice or instruction.
Attends daily briefing.
Performs daily assign tasks given by immediate supervisor.
Cleans allocated guest rooms daily according to procedure including Turn Down service.
Puts extra towels, soap or any supplies what guest requests for an extra bed.
Daily room checks 09:00 – 09:30 am in weekdays & 10:00 – 10:30 am in weekends {Friday –Saturday}, 04:00 pm & hand over room status check list to HK office on time.
Checks guest laundry same time while making morning room status check. Collect guest laundry & send it to laundry with complete information (time collected/Room No/Collected by)
Be knowledgeable of guest laundry procedure.
Understands/anticipates guest needs & performs tasks quickly, efficiently & quietly.
Repots left behind articles in check-out room immediately by telephone to HK office. Bring down the lost & found items to HK office immediately if valuable/important items or documents
Reports any hotel items missing or misused by guest to HSK office on the spot.
Report to HK office any maintenance required inside guest room as well as public areas (Work areas).
Reports immediately to HK office or HK Supervisor any unusual or abnormal activities of guest.
Cleans roof top area, foyer, staircase, tables & chairs, window in regular daily basis,
Removes room service trays to the service area according to procedure before cleaning a guest room. Never leave this in the hall or serviced guest room.
Cleans & refills amenity basket, mini-cabinet & chemical kit before knock off. Cleans vacuum cleaner & cleaning equipment after use.
Keeps the Service area & pantry clean, tidy making sure that there are no personal belongings or unnecessary items, lost & found items inside the pantry & mini-cabinet.
Respect all safety measures. Handles all equipment with care.
Report immediately any broken or damage equipment to HK Supervisor.
Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures & responds accordingly.
Ensures that mini-cabinet & pantry doors are locked after its use at all times.
Be alert in observing customer behavior, note in the guest preference pads & ensure that guest preferences are met all the time.
Be punctual for work, briefings, meeting & trainings.
Always follow the supervisor’s & manager’s instruction.
Be pleasant, courteous & polite with fellow employees & guest.
Maintain team work.
Reports to HK office or supervisor any room that is not serviced or any assignment that is not completed at the end of the shift.
Follow supply requisition request to HK office & collect it from office and arrange properly in Pantry.
Exercises proper control & usage of chemicals & supplies to minimize wastage & costs.
Conducts monthly inventory of linen, supplies & equipment.
Assures duties as may be assigned by management.
