Guest Experience Manager
To audit and monitor service standards; analyze findings and produce reports in relation to the Quality of Service to both internal and external guests in order to ensure high standards of Service; to liaise with the Head of Departments; identify training needs and suggest actions to improve service and review current SOPs or implement new ones if and when necessary. To assist the General Manager to coordinate the Head of Departments in implementing the Hotel’s Action Plan.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Experience Department in a similar role gained in 4* or 5* hotels
Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
Excellent command of English and Spanish/ or Chinese language (verbal and written).
Strong sales and PR skills / experience.
Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills, attention to detail.
Positive attitude with ability to cope under pressure.
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System.
Previous experience in auditing standards and Marketing activities (design of packages, promotions etc.)
Salary Package: 7k – 9k gross salary depending on candidate experience (includes basic salary, cost of living and transportation allowance).
