Job Summary and Responsibilities
Responsible for the performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Coaching a junior sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with hotel vision and mission. Supervise the performance and development of the Sales Executives to maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports. Initiate and coordinate development of action plan to penetrate new assigned market.
1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 4-5 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment.
3. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
