Job Summary and Responsibilities
This position is accountable for generating budgeted room nights and/or revenue on an established account base through personal selling and through the management of the Sales team. Exceed personal sales goals as well as hotel revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Identify prospective Tour & Travel agency, event organizer and establish revenue goals for existing key accounts and key prospects within their specific market segment.
1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 5 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5 star class environment. Connection with Travel agency & event organizer customer base is a strong asset.
3. Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
4. Be self motivated, result-oriented, resourceful and posses leadership qualities
5. Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
