he Role:
As a Campaign Analyst for CRM in India, you will be responsible for delivering customer insights based on customer loyalty data, executing campaigns based on those insights, ensuring a successful delivery of the campaigns and reporting back to business.
Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

•Campaign management and support via target market analysis and opportunity sizing for multiple campaigns
•Forecasting campaign effectiveness and conversion rates based on historical data
•Providing campaign monitoring and performance reports during and after the campaign run
•Analysis of historical and real time loyalty and sales data across all brands and all regions
•Maintaining an awareness of all technological advancements to ensure that Alshaya stays at the forefront of sales analysis techniques
•Maximising sales opportunities by providing feedback to brands on inappropriate or weak sales campaigns, and advising on improvement areas of opportunity. Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:

•1-3 year's minimum experience in managing CRM analytics in an FMCG retail environment
•Experience with campaign management systems like SAS Customer intelligence, Portrait campaign management system, Adobe campaign, Unica, etc
•Understanding of customer data analysis and shopper habits and trends
•Understanding of campaign execution and Pre and Post campaign analysis
•Experience with FMCG data analytics and multi-channel, multi customer marketing campaigns
•Knowledge of data management and assimilation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret highly complex series of data and apply their findings commercially to multi-brand campaigns. You should also possess good technical understanding to interpret complex data into easy to use and easy to understand sales data.
