Under the general guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager, provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Front Office in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and China World Summit Wing.
To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times, monitoring guest satisfaction, security, and employee’s activities. Responsible for the general administration and profitability of the Front Office Department including Front Desk, Concierge, Service Centre, Transportation, Guest Relations and Business Center.

• Flunet in both English and Mandarin
• At least 5 years experience in Front Office Operations, 2 years experience as Asst. Front Office Manager / Duty Manager / Guest Relations Manager.

• Leadership skills and excellent inter-personal skills.
• Able to work flexible hours.
