In lieu of our significant growth and expansion, we are undertaking a digital transformation and seek an industry leading Regional Director of Digital Marketing, China to lead this effort and join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team in China.
The Regional Director of Digital Marketing, China is responsible to lead the China digital marketing strategies in order to develop the China online business, both domestically and outbound.  He/She is to develop online business strategies and action plans for the China market via various digital marketing disciplines including but not limited to search marketing, e-Commerce, social media, online/mobile platforms and partnerships, etc.

•Assist the VP - Digital Marketing to develop overall digital marketing strategies to grow the online business for the China market.
•Develops China digital channel strategies to extend the group’s reach to China travelers.
•Develops and oversees the group’s China social media platforms to increase our brand visibility and awareness in the social space.
•Oversees the group’s search engine marketing efforts for the China market, in coordination with the SLIM Search Marketing Manager.
•Oversees key China eCommerce channels and develops new partnerships to promote and increase product sales.
•Develops and oversees strategic partnerships with key China travel sites and channels to drive brand/ destination awareness and traffic to our owned channels.
•Oversees and manage our owned Chinese digital brand channels to ensure that they are optimized for the China market.
•Works with and supports the VPSM China on the development and execution of all group- wide & China-wide digital campaign to ensure that they are optimized for the China market and aligned with our brand image and KPIs.
•Works with field marketing teams and VPSMs to align business needs of the hotels and develops digital strategies to address those needs.
•Supervises and administer the China corporate digital team to maximize productivity and morale.
•Any other duties as assigned  
Desired Qualifications:

•At least seven years’ experience in a senior digital marketing role, ideally at a regional level
•Proven track record in delivery of successful digital marketing initiatives across industries / multiple organizations.
•Experience creating and implementing digital marketing initiatives through email, social, display and managing SEO/SEM tools
•Demonstrates an awareness of new technologies and be at the forefront of developments in the digital marketing space
•Demonstrable creativity and experience in ability to identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
•Experience leading and motivating teams
•Experience managing agencies and, ideally, also have experience with CRM, CMS and website redevelopment projects
•Strong project management skills and an ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
•Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and other third party software such as Google Adwords
•Experience in the hospitality industry in a regional or corporate capacity, consultancy or strong agency background an added advantage
