Shangri-La Hotel, Paris has 101 rooms including 36 suites and is located avenue Iena in the chic 16th arrondissement. There are 3 restaurants (L’Abeille, Shang Palace and La Bauhinia) out of which 2 are starred.

Reporting to the Executive Chef and under the supervision of Sous Chefs, you will look after all aspects of food quality whilst ensuring that all food preparation meets our quality standards.

As part of your duties, you need to support commis and to have an excellent sense of organization and teamwork.

Successful experience in a large brigade and a perfect control of HACCP hygiene rules are strongly recommended to operate in the Group.
