In lieu of our significant growth and expansion, we are undertaking a digital transformation and seeking a China Travel Channels Manager to lead this effort and join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team in Shanghai.
 
PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE / SCOPE         
The China Travel Channels Manager is responsible to manage and promote the group’s presence in key travel channels in China, including consumer review sites and travel portals.  He/She is to ensure that our group, hotels and products are well represented in these travel channels and are marketed well to drive sales in the China market, in accordance to the defined KPIs.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

•Develop partnerships with 3rd party travel related consumer review sites and travel portals in China
•Monitor and report overall brand sentiment analysis from consumer review sites in China
•Develop and execute marketing strategies, in collaboration with regional marketing teams, to promote our brands and hotels in review sites and travel portals
•Explore promotional opportunities for destination or seasonal focused promotions, and works with hotel DOSMs/DMMs on execution
•Work with appointed agencies to plan and execute advertising campaigns on review sites and travel portals to drive awareness and conversions
•Track, monitor, optimize and report all promotional activities, paid or earned, with review sites and travel portals
•Stay current with the latest trends in China 3rd party review sites and travel portals to identify and develop new opportunities
•Handle and respond to hotel enquiries on all 3rd party travel channel matters
•Any other duties as assigned
