The Cluster Digital Marketing Manager, under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Digital Marketing (DODM) SEA Hub, is responsible in promoting the Thailand & Myanmar properties portfolio in the digital space and drive business via the digital channels, in accordance to the hotel’s market positioning as well as corporate brand identity and distribution guidelines.
Reports directly to:
Regional Director of Sales and Marketing in Hub Singapore
 
Digital Marketing Planning

• Develops and implements digital marketing strategies in line with the Hub and / or hotel’s overall goal on online business.
• Assist the Hub DODM to plan, and works with the DOC/CM to execute and monitor all online advertising campaigns for optimal results.  
Programmatic ( Web, Mobile)

• Management of search engine marketing campaigns in relevant markets to drive online exposure and booking conversions to Cluster / hotel website.
• Monitors the hotel’s online presence in major search engines and works closely with the SLIM Digital team as well as marketing agencies to ensure optimal results through search, retargeting and programmatic.
• Monitors the hub / hotel’s website traffic analytics to identify trends and opportunities to grow online business
• Keeps abreast of current and future competitors’ digital marketing performances and trends
• Ensures that hotel presence in all approved online distribution websites are up to date and in line with the hotel branding
• Explores new online business opportunities with third party sites, for rooms, F&B and spa
• In coordination with the Hotel’s Communications team, ensure that the hotel’s key communication messages are Optimally distributed on the internet for maximum exposure  
Communications

• Maintains active communications and builds teamwork amongst the key players instrumental in the achievement of the overall online objective of the hotel
• Builds positive working relationship with all departments of the hotel, ensuring the understanding of the concept of digital marketing
• Maintains positive communication and builds close rapport with the Corporate Digital Marketing Team, Corporate Partner and Loyalty Team, Corporate appointed Search Marketing Agency, external online partners

• Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff and employees
 
QUALIFICATIONS/ TRAINING :

• Degree in Mass Communications or;
• Degree in Marketing
• Google Certified
• Basic understanding of HTML coding
• Muti-task- Must be able to Drive initiatives that generate returns
• Ability to interpret and understand integrated  data
• Creative and think out the box
• Background in programmatic advertising, mobile-commerce and social commerce environment would be an advantage
• Baidu Certified
• Internationally-recognized qualifications in E-Commerce, Programmatic advertising
