We are currently looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Officer Chinese Speaker to join our team on our exciting upcoming opening! 
The Role
The Guest Relations officer Chinese Speaker will offer graceful, personalized and caring service towards all guests of the Resort with emphasis on Chinese guests. He/she will anticipate and answer Guest needs in a timely and professional manner and provide support and assistance to other departments to ensure Guests requests are met to delight.
•    Minimum 2 years of customer service experience at a similar position
•    Luxury hospitality experience 
•    Graduate, Hospitality qualifications and/or diploma holder preferred
•    Comprehensive knowledge of hotels operations with emphasis on Front Office and Guest Relations services
•    Ability to listen and profile and awareness of guest preferences
•    Committed to the delivery of high levels of customer service, service and details orientated
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
•    Efficient approach and ability to simultaneously follow-up various assignments
•    Excellent command of Mandarin language and good command in English language both verbal and written (additional languages an advantage)
•    Computer proficiency (Opera system knowledge an advantage)
•    A passion for delivering exceptional level of Guest services
•    Display cultural awareness and keen on learning about the Local Culture
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•      Team player able to develop and maintain good work relationships with all departments, internal and external Guests
•    Confident, proactive with an outgoing personality
•    Able to make decision at guest contact point
•    Strong planning and organization skills
•    Able to work flexible hours to respond to a variety of work requirements
•    Pleasant appearance, excellent grooming standards
