DUTIES:
 

•Personally assists guests with special requests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
•Ensures that all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care, adhering to the Hotel’s policies and procedures.
•Ensures that, based on guest preferences, welcome amenities/Golden Circle amenities are delivered to guests’ room prior to guests’ arrival times.       
•Ensures the replenishment of guests’ amenities when needed and as per established policy.
•Ensure that all tasks associated with delivering amenities to the guest rooms are executed in accordance with established standards and procedures and in a timely manner.
•Responsible for maintaining correct amenity set up plus implementation of any set up alterations including new packages which may be required.          Experiences and skills required:
 

•Customer service
•Excellent communication skills in reading, writing and spoken English
•Knowledge of Hotel environment
•Must have full work rights
