DUTIES  

• Handles all incoming/outgoing telephone calls and guests requests courteously and efficiently. 
• Knows how to handle the telephone, radio/music and video equipment. 
• Knows all the Emergency Procedures of the hotel and how to handle them.
• Accurately records all requests for wake-up calls and ensures they are handled correctly.
• Knows the hotel and all its facilities, the department and section heads, the responsibilities of each department, the office extension numbers and its respective operation hours.  
REQUIREMENTS

•  At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).  Arabic speaking is an added value but it is not essential.
• Familiar with Opera system.  Proficient with computers
• Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career in the hotel Midtown Shangri-la, Hangzhou
