DUTIES  
 
The Service Leader – Front Office provides guest service as well as handles the set-up of daily reservations and checks in and checks out of guests.
Assists the GSM for all guests services activities in the Guest Relations Department and provides high performance and quality standard.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS  
 

• Physically fit
• Oral fluency in English
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international class hotel
• Displays initiative
