DUTIES:
Responsible for assisting the Service Manager – Front Office with daily Front Office transactions and processes. He/She also supervises the Front desk, provides guest services and check-in and check-out of guests.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At least 2 years experience in an international hotel in the same capacity.
• With strong background in Front Office operations.
• Well-versed in Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
• Computer literate.
• Fluent in oral and written English. 
• A team leader.  Smart with pleasing personality.
• Motivator and a self-starter.
• Right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines.
