Putrajaya Shangri-La is centrally located within the new Federal Government Administrative capital, close to the Prime Minister's Centre and the majestic Royal Palace. RESPONSIBILITIES

• To answer all telephone calls politely and efficiently.
• To assist in creating a positive and favorable public image as part of the service.
• To ensure work process and performance are in compliance with hotel policies and practices, Shangri-La experience and service standards.  
REQUIREMENT

• School leavers/ Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and have a pleasant voice.
• Well verse in English.
• Able to work under pressure and shift hours.
• Applicable to citizens of Malaysia only.
