This means someone with the following traits:

• Being deeply versed in the F&B Operations, Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
• Being a team player, highly motivated, and pay attention to details
• Being driven to strive for excellence in maintaining products/service quality and financial performance
• Having a daring personality, boundless optimism and a desire to launch waves of change  
You will be responsible for the overall administration and operations of the Food and Beverage Division to maximize profits, plan business strategy and seasonal promotions, enhance guest satisfaction through establishment of quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance and morale. You will also work closely with the Culinary Team.
The ideal incumbent must have at least 3 years experience in managerial position in F&B and show evidence of driving success, achieving record accomplishments and launching innovative best practices.
