Duties
 

• Responsible for the day to day Pastry operations which includes controlling quality and quantity of produced items, menu planning, hygiene standard, communicating and training of staff.  
Requirements
 

• Diploma/ Degree in Culinary Art / Food Preparation Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience with a luxury hotel group.
• Knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
•This position is on a local package.
