Hotel Jen Beijing
Hotel Jen, the newest hotel brand in the Shangri-La Group, is opening their flagship property Beijing.

The new hotel is part of the newest 60 story building in the CBD and part of China World Trade Center. Hotel Jen Beijing will feature a 3500sqm gym and health club with pool, a gastro pub with microbrewery, an international all day dining restaurant with own hydroponic vegetable farming, a revolutionary meeting space “ STUDIO ” with a large “kitchen to go” amongst other exciting novelties.

STUDIO is a so-called Third Place, a buzzing environment that is energized by talented, authentic, and creative individuals here for one purpose: to enrich their lives.  Be it brainstorming, putting final touches on a presentation deck, video conferencing, or simply escaping the rigid, corporate environment, STUDIO is the place to go.  Offering a host of facilities within the new and exciting Hotel Jen Beijing, STUDIO is an ever-evolving space that caters to the needs of dynamic, modern professionals.

As a top-class, state-of-the-art space, STUDIO requires an energetic community leader to engage our guests and tenants, host interesting events and social opportunities, and maintain a high operational standard. You are a business partner, a visionary, and event-organizing extraordinaire - as long as you make a difference in guest experience and the business. Impact is key.

This means someone with the following traits:

1)  Having a daring personality, boundless optimism and a desire to create great experiences for STUDIO users (including hot desk users, small office tenants, CWTC office tenants, hotel guests, etc).
2)  Being a people ambassador, an agile and out-of-the-box problem-solver, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
3)  Being proactive in organizing community events (such as guest speakers, panel discussions, networking cocktails, etc).
4)  Being a business brainiac with a track record of prospecting, developing and closing sales

The ideal incumbent would have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Experience as the manager of a co-working space is a plus.

Be true. Be you. Jen
