DUTIES
 
Lead and direct the Events management team to achieve the total event sales revenue goals se t by the Hotel through specific sales strategy implementation.
 
       ·        Responsible for brand management and utilization of non-traditional marketing.
       ·        Manage and optimize total event/ pure catering revenues of the hotel. 
       ·        Develop events/ pure catering sales action plans to capture and convert position business into sales.  In addition to work with Wedding team to maximize the Catering Revenue.
       ·        Ensure guidelines and standards are met in the event planning and coordination process.
       ·        Manage event/ pure catering pricing strategy to maximize and yield event revenues.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
       ·        Bilingual in written and spoken Japanese and English
       ·        3 years of experience in related field
       ·        Food & Beverage expertise is preferred
       ·        Good interpersonal and communication skills
       ·        Familiar with market development and product promotion
