The Role
To assist the Director of F&B / Asst. Director of F&B in the overall administration and operation of Banquet and Chinese Restaurant, to maximize profits. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements:

• Presentable & Reliable
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Banquet Manager / Chinese Restaurant Manager in the same or similar capacity with a luxury hotel group
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Exceptional ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Relevant experience in a quality driven environment
• Natural ability to anticipate guests' needs
• Excellent knowledge of Banquet and Chinese Restaurant operations
• Demonstrate innovation in F&B marketing and promotions
• Ability to adapt and address local market trends
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Consistent record of team development  

• A team player, dependent, highly motivated, mature and able to work independently with a high speed of execution
• Enthusiastic to the job whilst able to challenge the status quo
• Attention to detail, service-mind oriented
• Strong work ethic performed in the highest integrity
