Millennium Plaza Hotel Doha is centrally located in Al Sadd, the commercial district of Doha and just 25 minutes away from Hamad International Airport. The 5 star hotel has 232 guest rooms and suites offering spacious accommodation and comfort. Facilities include an executive floor and lounge, ballroom and 5 meetings rooms equipped with the latest technologies. The excellent dining options include an international restaurant, a new Asian concept, delicatessen, terrace cafe, lobby lounge and 24 hour room service, while the recreational facilities include a spa and well equipped gym.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates and follows up with internal departments on behalf of the General Manager

• Handles all inquiries for General Manager

• Organizes daily meeting agenda for General Manager.

• Passes messages to/from Departments to General Manager on a daily basis.

• Overviews all purchase orders.

• Takes care of arrangements for new employees/only A-Grades.

• Attends meetings, records and distributes the minutes and follows up on action items

• H andles all correspondence for General Manager, screening and prioritizing calls as necessary.

•Minimum of 2 years experience in a five star hotel or similar operations.

•Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

•Excellent command of English Language both written & spoken, Arabic is a plus.
