Job Description-
Greeting guest as they enter and exit the hotel. Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment by maintaining a calm and level headed demeanor. Being cross-trained in all functions of the Food and Beverage Department: Breakfast and evening socials. Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards. Ensuring constant and accurate lines of communication amongst departments are kept. Clean and maintain guest buffet serving area, back kitchen area and guest seating area. Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements/controls and applications of relevant chemicals. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and move continuously throughout breakfast and evening social hours. As well as any other job duties instructed by management. Provides guests with assistance while on the floors and in hotel public spaces. Responds to guest inquiries for information with genuine and caring hospitality.<br><br>Hotel Management . 0 - 2 years of F&B Service preferred. One must possess knowledge of F&B operations. Detail and multi -task oriented. One should have the ability to work at a consistent and steady pace. One must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and guest service skills. One is responsible for the quality of work. One is able to handle repetitive work. Must be available weekends and holidays. This job requires standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motion, hearing and visual acuity.
