Our Americas Corporate office, based in Atlanta, Georgia , is currently seeking a Cyber Identity Access Management Analyst.
Activities include:
· Development of role based access controls for enterprise applications (RBAC)
· Support the access assurance function including development of procedures and processes, including development and pioneering approaches to emerging IAM and IDM industry trends.
· Development of business rules for access management for applications working with business and technology application owners.
· Support the development of roadmaps and project plans for the access assurance function including timelines and implementation plans.
· Analyses the existing application access management processes and documents business rules Conduct business analysis to assist business units in integrating security into their work.
· Assess and communicate any and all security risks associated with any and all purchases or practices performed by the company.

Salary range: Base plus potential bonus<br><br> QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a cyber/information security related subject or an equivalent combination of education, security certifications (e.g. CISA, or CISSP) and work experience.

5 years of work related experience information security duties with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of identity and access management and security (IAM).
Experience defining enterprise access roles (Birthright entitlements, Functional, On-Demand)
Sailpoint IdentityQ experience or other IAM systems.
Experience in developing and implementing access management procedures and processes
Experience in documenting access management business rules for applications
Experienced in providing solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity, high availability and identifying associated risks.
Experienced in the analysis and documentation of process instructions.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience working with RBAC
Effective verbal and written communication.
Training skills.
Knowledge of training design principles and practices.
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the Service/Hospitality industry, hotel operations and systems.
