As the Hotel Manager you will o versee the day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the Regional Director of Operations/General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals and ensure all staff is properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions.

This exciting role a ssists the Regional Director of Operations/General Manager in the development, implementation and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel while developing, managing, and fostering positive owner relationships and providing ongoing information and status reports.<br><br> Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent, plus four to six years of general management experience in a high level operations role or some prior general management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation. You must be able to travel to attend workshops, conferences, etc. and may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
