DUTIES

Maintain high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s), according to the standards set by the Management.


REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate
• Familiarity with kitchen operations is a must
• Must be willing to implement high standards & creativity with regard to food preparation & presentation
• Disciplined, flexible, & willing to work long hours
• This position is available on a local package only
