Under the general guidance of the Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms / Director of Rooms, the Front Office Manager is responsible for the general administration and profitability of the operation of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Concierge, Telephone, Guest Relations, Horizon Club,  Business Center and Guest Service Center.
