DUTIES

•Ensures that the correct procedures are followed for the use of the dishwashing machine and the storage of china, glassware and silver.
•Assist with co-ordinating the availability and requisitioning of equipment for all outlets.
•Ensures accurate tabulation of all losses/breakage and proposes the purchase of all operating equipment.
•Assists in the control of Food and Beverage divisional expenses by educating outlets on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage costs and safety usage.
•Ensures the quality of cleanliness in all stewarding areas and kitchens is of the highest standard at all times.  
Experiences and skills required:
 

•Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality
•Understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety
•Computer literacy MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
•Customer service
•Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English
•Breakages reporting
