We are currently recruiting a motivated In House Marketing Coordinator to join our Wyndham Pagosa Springs, CO team. The In-House Marketing Coordinator is responsible for qualifying guests at check-in and offering them an opportunity to learn more about Wyndham or build upon their relationship and ownership with Wyndham by booking them for resort tour presentations or owner updates through our workshops. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for their individual performance and expectations as well as being responsible for overall team performance on their assigned shift. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the management team in elevating the atmosphere and morale to increase overall tour production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed job performance and production

standards set by management

- Create an energetic work environment to promote job

performance and production

- Assist managers and co-workers in order to complete job

requirements

- Create areas of opportunity that will lead to increased

production

- Relay any information as needed to management to assist

in performance and expectation issues

- Treat all guests, employees, and management with respect

at all times

- Accuracy is expected at all times in all areas of tasks

performed

- Relaying appropriate information to tour reception and

management is expected and critical

- Be responsible for answering the phone and directing all

calls to the appropriate department

- Mentor co-workers and new hires to perform at max capacity

- Attend training and one-on-one coaching sessions

- Verify and follow the qualifications and guidelines for

touring Wyndham owners, RCI owners, Guests of owners and

renters

- Maintain department standards of production, which may

vary, based on corporate expectations for penetration

- Assist team to accomplish goals

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

- Must pass background check

- Previous successful customer facing sales experience,

preferably greater than 1 year

- Direct sales experience highly desired

- Possess excellent communication skills both written and

verbal

- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good

work ethic

- Must be detail-oriented, professional, outgoing, energetic

and organized while maintaining multi-task abilities in a

busy environment
