The award-winning American Airlines Training and Conference Center features 299 guest rooms that are equipped with efficient work/study areas. Job Description
Wyndham Hotel Group is searching for a Busser to work at our beautiful American Airlines Training and Conference Center property in Fort Worth, TX . This position is responsible for maintaining the cafeteria dining area clean and stocked during operating hours.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Performs any necessary pre-shift side-work, as directed by supervisor.
- Becomes thoroughly familiar with all specials offered.
- Keeps tables and service station clean, neat, and supplied at all times.
- Assists server(s) whenever and wherever possible throughout service.
- Completes assigned side-work and any and all other duties assigned by management.
- Remove trash from Dining Area as needed
- Restock disposable flatware and condiment stations
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seating. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
- Engages with guests to enhance exceptional experience.


Basic Qualifications

- Prior bussing or runner experience in a hotel environment helpful.
- This position requires a minimum formal education of some high school and a minimum one year job-related experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Must be able to abide by the company appearance standards and compliance with the designated uniform.
- Dedicated to exceeding service standards and providing services and standards to the highest caliber.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Conversational English speaking skills.
- Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events, as needed.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.

Physical requirements:

- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend and use hands to handle objects, tools or controls.

- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. and work the majority of shift on feet.

- Frequently is required to talk or hear.
