Summary:

The Operational Auditor provides quality assurance and risk expertise for ongoing service process initiatives within Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO) with focus on Wyndham Consumer Finance (WCF). They identify and resolve issues relying on action plans to address deficiencies and service quality needs. They also assist in designing and developing quality assurance strategies and methodologies, while perform or direct internal process audit activities.

Responsibilities:


- Perform and direct internal operational process audit and/or assessment activities for the three business units (e.g., Finance Operations, Account Service Operations, Special Service Operations) that the QA Team supports by utilizing the standards set forth by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). The types of audit includes operational, financial, and compliance audits. The Auditor-In-Charge (AIC) is responsible for administration and execution of the audit engagement's audit program. Provides supervision and review of Audit Staff. Responsible for work product quality and adherence to standards throughout the audit process. The AIC is the primary point of contact with the auditee throughout the engagement
- Perform and direct internal audit activities on PCI/PII/Confidential and Document Management
- Plan, measure and analyze data, monitors trends and evaluates process and service quality and service quality gaps. Manage quality call monitor program and provide feedbacks to associates and management via monthly calibration meetings, dispute process, and report out.
- Coordinate quality process development and improvement initiatives with the respective departments
- Analyze, report and suggest quality related action plans on deficiencies identified through dashboard reporting

Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree, Project Management or relevant field
- 2 years of quality assurance or auditing experience
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Ability to partner with various business units simultaneously
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking and work under pressure
- Must possess working knowledge of or have a strong aptitude for learning Microsoft Office programs Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
- Must possess the ability to quickly learn the functionality of a new system/application
