The Franchise Integration Specialist works closely with Hotel Owners and Operators to ensure the most effective and efficient opening of a property. The Specialists are expected to collaborate with Franchise Sales, Contract Administration, and other internal departments to ensure Wyndham services are provided to franchisees. In addition, the position has responsibility for reviewing, updating and managing property information in Consistent updates and pictures are vital to ensuring the project is moving in the right direction.
1 Openings execution and forecasting
- Lead and guide all pre-opening requirements and efforts that are required to ensure the effective and efficient opening of a property which includes consulting with the franchisee through the completion of the punch list and working with them to complete milestone requirements. Make sure these are achieved in appropriate timeframes set forth in the opening process. Specialist will document and track these items through the Salesforce checklist for clear transparency throughout the organization.
- Specialist to work with the Franchisee and internal teams to forecast an target opening date based on renovation plans, financing and targeted room budgets.

2 Process Improvement
- Work with the managers in improving key Openings process areas by evaluating process steps, analyze data and assist in designing and implementing process changes.

3 Performance Ready
- Consult with our new owners and properties in maximizing their potential to become successful using tools and resources that are available with brand affiliation and being part of WHG.
- Working in conjunction with the DFO community to make sure we facilitate successful Onboarding to enhance revenue making potential through-, Global Sales, Rev Mgmt., ecommerce, etc.
- Consult with our new owner to create and complete renovation plan that will serve as a guide to complete PIP.
- Run and review property metrics through reports and review with franchisee to ensure they are aware of the RevPar, ADR and appropriate industry metrics to assist in getting the property to perform.
4 Relationship Development
- Use conflict resolution skills and resolve issues and coordinate with internal departments to assist in overcoming roadblocks
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintaining quality service provided to the property.


- Business Analysis - Review property data with regards to RevPAR, QA, Wyndham Rewards etc. post opening and work with managers to identify opportunities and the root cause of issues to ensure process success.
- Project Management- the ability to look at every property as a new project and guide franchisees with renovation and Sales and Marketing plans
- Communication - Effective communication skills.


- College degree and/or equivalent work experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in hotel industry in various departments
- Previous experience in Franchising is a Plus.
