The position directs the settlement and collection of status 11 and 8 accounts. The position oversees the Settlement Collection Specialists. The responsibilities of this position involves direct interaction with customers, legal counsel, collections agencies and various internal departments

1 Oversee collection of liquidated damages from outstanding status 11 sites. Direct contact with customers and their representatives as needed.
2 Oversee collection of status 11 and 8 A/R
3 Direct reinstatements following approval process. Work with development team on settlement replacement deals
4 Manage monthly write off process for status 8 and 11 accounts.
5 Direct all aspects of collection agency activity.
6 Manage salesforce and database use within department and how it affects other departments
7 Process A/R that is unclaimed following WHG process

Experience/Certificates/Education College degree preferred. Lending, collections or contract experience a plus.
