Job Description:

The Greeter (Interaction Specialist) occupies a Margartitaville Vacation Club booth outside the office to invite people who meet pre-determined qualification criteria to tour the resort in exchange for a gift. The Greeter receives a set rate per tour for each qualified prospect that tours and bonuses paid on the number of tours.


- Meet and greet people in a friendly, outgoing, upbeat manner
- Greets qualified tours in accordance with set guidelines
- Ability to handle rejection and still maintain a positive attitude
- Deliver required number of qualified tours to the sales site
- Be professional in nature; be approachable while meeting booth quotas
- Work within Best Practice Guidelines and all company and sales specific policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Receive and handle rejections from prospects in a courteous and professional manner
- Represent the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as directed
- Interact favorably with all types of people, display excellent verbal communications skills.
- Display a positive, courteous and respectful attitude towards the company and team members

Minimum Qualifications:


- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Sales experience preferred
- Telemarketing experience preferred
- Must be competitive and driven to succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent;
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- High amount of professionalism and customer service in dealing with guests and staff members
- Must be able to communicate in a positive, enthusiastic manner
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
