This position oversees new construction franchise sales activity for the Microtel by Wyndham, Days Inn, Super 8, Baymont, Wingate by Wyndham, Ramada, Travelodge, and Howard Johnson brands. This position must prospect and execute new franchise agreements. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, relationship management, forecasting executions/openings, and communication with potential and existing customers.

Qualifications
Competencies Extensive sales experience Proven achievement in sales by exceeding quotas Excellent organizational skills Ability to build and maintain relationships Aptitude to evaluate pro-forma and feasibility studies for new construction projects New Construction Development Knowledge A desire to travel

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred
- A record of achieving quotas in a sales organization required
- A valid driver's licence
