The Regional SR Human Resource Manager role is a "hands on" role that will provide significant support in the areas of employee relations, performance and talent management, coaching and the implementation of HR programs and initiatives. She/he will support rental resort operations businesses across four key markets, Charleston and Hilton Head, SC, Sevierville, TN, Palm Springs, CA and Hatteras and Corolla, NC and provide strategic support to a Vice-President of Resort Operations. This position will report to the Vice-President of Human Resources for Wyndham Vacation Rentals - North America and will partner with both local leadership in Charleston and Hilton Head, SC, and the leadership across the other key markets in this region to provide guidance and direction in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization. This individual will provide HR Strategic oversight and is directly responsible for managing the work flow and development of a HR Manager located in Sevierville, TN and a shared HR Coordinator located in Myrtle Beach. Overall, this team of HR Professionals provides HR support to approximately 320+ regular full time and part time employees plus approximately 300 additional seasonal employees across these locations. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for providing day to day HR support to approximately 75 regular full time and part time employees (that range from hourly operations, administrative to executive leadership) across our Charleston & Hilton Head locations as well as an additional 45+ regular and part time employees located in Palm Springs, California. She/he will direct, counsel and execute applicable human resources strategy. Initiatives may include organization and employee development, performance management, employee relations, retention efforts, compensation practices and policy interpretation. The successful candidate will understand the necessity and value of building and maintaining effective working relationships with the leaders she/he supports in order to drive organizational change and achieve sustained team effectiveness. In addition, it is critical that this role partners with the department managers and recruiting team to ensure that we attract the best talent and are appropriately staffed for season. This position will support when required the wider HR organization of Wyndham Vacation Rentals North America and Wyndham Destination Network in specific HR focused initiatives. This individual will proactively partner with business leaders to continue to grow a diverse thought process and talent pipeline that will help this line of business deliver results. Essential Job Functions - Collaborate with business leaders and Recruiting on a strategy to ensure that our locations are staffed appropriately for season and year round. - Partner with the business to ensure alignment and focus on goals related to employee engagement and other critical components that effect employee recruitment and retention. - Advise, coach, and mediate on HR-related matters with employees and managers. Effectively investigate, document and apply corrective actions when appropriate for employee complaints. Proficiently address all harassment and discrimination cases in accordance with company, federal and state guidelines. - Partner with the business and the L&D team to assess and identify employee and leadership developmental and training needs. - Support the development and or implementation of organization-wide projects and programs. - Attend various business leadership meetings to ensure goal alignment. Provide objective feedback to business initiatives and assist in the development of solutions that support the business objectives. - Actively engage and consult with leadership on business initiatives to identify areas of opportunities and solutions to business concerns. - Partner with compensation to ensure internal and external market competitiveness. - Measure and evaluate the impact of HR solutions through metrics and data analysis; enhance fact-based decision-making. - Interpret, administer and ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, company policies and procedures. Remain current and adhere to documentation and retention measures that will ensure compliance and reduce company exposure. - Identify, coach and develop the HR team.

- Four-year college degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or Communications strongly preferred. - Minimum 5-7 years of professional-level HR and or a combination of HR and operations experience - Experience in supporting business or field operations and multiple locations preferred - Human Resources support to a hospitality organization preferred - Ability to work in a fast paced environment balancing multiple priorities - Ability to drive strategy and HR initiatives - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team - Strong analytical skills - Professional Designation in Human Resources (PHR) preferred - Project Management Experience - Ability to deliver effective presentations and training - Excellent interpersonal skills to include: o Ability to create team building environment. o Ability to resolve employee conflicts and offer advice and solutions creating a win/win situation for the employee and the company o Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with emotional or confrontational circumstances and to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications - Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to the state of CA, SC, TN, NC, including EEO and FLSA
