The International Tax Analyst is responsible for supporting the U.S. tax compliance and tax accounting required by law for Wyndham's non-U.S. entities. The Analyst reports to the International Tax Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Preparation of information returns required to report the results of Wyndham's non-U.S. entities which include Forms 5471, 8858, & 8865.
- Assist with the calculation of the non-U.S. portion of Wyndham's worldwide tax provision (FAS109).
- Support tax planning opportunities for Wyndham's international operations.
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and extension requests for the various consolidated/combined groups and subsidiaries.
- Obtain and continuously develop tax technical skills.
- Other projects as needed.


- Four year college degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in a corporate tax environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
- Needs solid organizational and analytical skills and must be detail oriented.
- Familiarity with CorpTax system a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadline pressures.
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
