We are recruiting qualified candidates for our call center in Orlando for the position of Bilingual English/Japanese Contact Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities :

-Take inbound calls from English and Japanese speaking customers. Evaluate customer complaints to determine the appropriate actions then resolve and follow-up with customer

-Maintain assessment fee accounts and loan contracts to provide accurate billing by responding to customer mail

-Assist in the billing and collections of property taxes, special assessments, maintenance fee changes and other billings throughout the year

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

-High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

-Two years customer service experience

-Ability to speak, read, and write English and Japanese fluently

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

-Good math aptitude and ability to type 30 wpm

-Must be willing to work any day of the week and a later work schedule to accommodate customers from Japan

Preferred Qualifications :

-Some college education

-Two years call center and financial experience
