In your role, you will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests to ensure they have a memorable vacation while staying with our resorts each and every time. Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, hands on, and results driven Marketing Manager that will play a critical role within our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will be r esponsible for all internal marketing activities at the resort level. Some of the primary responsibilities include leading a team of Resort Hosts and Concierge, maintaining acceptable performance standards based on resort occupancy, and meeting all budgeted site goals. The driven and dynamic leader will also maintain an excellent owner experience, and collaborate with various Resort, Sales, and Corporate departments to ensure that all service and performance standards are met. The position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for assisting and overseeing the operational functions required to support the following: Marketing Tour and Promotional Lead Generation, Marketing Operations, and Concierge Services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Direct supervision of staff to include but not limited to hiring, training, planning, assigning work, performance reviews, coaching, motivating, and conflict resolution
- Exceed site marketing penetration budgets for owners and new owners
- Resolve issues pertaining to tour statuses, bookings, and coding
- Order and maintain departmental supplies (collateral material, uniforms, etc.)
- Maintain copies of invitations and daily tour manifests for reference purposes
- Run various reports daily to include but not limited to: Arrivals report, In-House report, and Five year owner arrival report to mention a few
- Prepare various daily and weekly status reports such as Show Factors report, Penetration report, and additional reports as needed
- Track and report data on each Resort Host's performance
- Coordinate with Sales department with regard to tour seats available and potential tour flow
- Ensure any pertinent information related to Marketing/Concierge is handled properly and timely
- Coordinate with sales regarding new/changes in marketing programs (booking/gifting policies)
- Submit employee payroll in timely manner
- Perform other related functions not listed

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : (minimum requirements necessary for this position):

- Bachelor's degree/coursework in Business Administration or equivalent experience, and/or a minimum of 5 years management experience in marketing
- Timeshare experience highly preferred

- Customer service and problem resolution experience
- Extensive knowledge in analyzing and reporting on marketing campaigns and strategies.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must have excellent communication skills and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to handle simultaneous situations.

- Must be able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
