Key responsibilities:
 
• Complies with Hotel Front Office and Corporate Standards.
• Greet arriving & departing guests in accordance with standards & procedures assuring a wonderful first or last impression.
• Assist in the handling of guest luggage.
• Open car & taxi doors for incoming & outgoing visitors; secure taxi transportation for guests as required.
• Oversee & assure for the careful & efficient handling of guest vehicles.
• Assure hotel driveway is free of congestion & parked vehicles; oversee the parking or standing of limousines awaiting hotel guests.
• Know all hotel facilities & their hours of operation; be familiar with all hotel functions & city-wide events & activities.
• Have thorough knowledge of city streets, locations, restaurants & major attractions; give accurate information when asked.
• Maintain a clean & tidy driveway.
 
 
Experiences and skills required:
 
• Experience in a 5 star Hotel.
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Proven ability to work under pressure unsupervised
• Customer service
• Drive car/vehicle
