Our Americas Corporate office, based in Atlanta, Georgia , is currently seeking an Information Security Assurance Manager. This challenging role will be a critical participant in security assurance functions and compliance activities at corporate offices and hotels. Represent the information security department in the following:

Job Summary - (Role Summary)
Critical participant in security assurance functions and compliance activities, including IT audit management, security awareness training, and security process management. Represent the information security department with internal and external constituents, including auditors, executives, and project teams. Provides recommendations to correct or mitigate IT systems control and compliance weaknesses. Works with corporate and IT risk management team in developing and implementing internal control policies in a wide variety of IT processes. Promotes compliance with regulatory requirements and IT best practices, especially with respect to project management, systems development and information security

· Manage Technology Platforms to support IT Governance, Risk and Compliance
· Development and Support for technology platforms (RSA Archer, Qualys, ServiceNow, etc.)
· Support the security compliance team with external and internal compliance initiatives

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities)
· Design and implement solutions to support IHG's GRC program within the RSA Archer platform. Activities include:
- Capture RSA Archer requirements from business stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans to support GRC projects
- Design solutions within the IHG's RSA Archer platform
- Creating process workflow diagrams to support the design
- Configure Core/On-Demand applications, questionnaires, data driven events, calculations, reports, iViews, dashboards, record permissions, roles & groups and data feed manager
- Develop API's to support any integrations
- Develop user acceptance testing scripts and facilitate system testing
- Migrate packages to different environments
- Develop and facilitate training activities
· Coordinate global technology strategies to address compliance objectives.
· Work with security compliance to launch and monitor compliance self-assessments
· Provide recommendations to correct or mitigate IT systems control and compliance weaknesses

Band 6
Salary Range: Base plus potential bonus<br><br> QUALIFICATIONS

Education -
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education, security certifications (e.g. CISA, or CISSP) and work experience.

Technical skills and Knowledge -
· Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
· Four years of experience in information security or in a technology-related field
· 2 years of experience in RSA Archer
· Demonstrate mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position
· 2 years of experience in management or project management involving business skills and budgeting
· Experience with PCI DSS is preferred
· Security certifications is preferred (e.g. CISSP, CISM, or CISA)
· RSA Archer Administration Certification is preferred

Decision making responsibilities (Key Decisions Rights)
The position will play a key role making decisions on projects related to security planning, analysis, corporate-wide security solutions, and providing a high-level of technical leadership and recommendations based on findings from audits and analysis

CONTACTS (Key Relationships)

Internal Key Relationships
● This position will work closely with internal auditors, business and technology teams, and IT management to discuss projects, provide recommendations on improvement opportunities and operating and financial performance.
● Provide technical direction and training to more junior level network engineers.

External Key Relationships
● Works closely with external auditors to provide information for IT assessments.
● Frequent interaction with software/hardware security vendors to consult on new products and discuss/resolve technical problems.
● Develops relationships with professional organizations, user groups, and security staff at other companies to keep abreast of new trends in corporate and departmental information security.
