As a Customer Service Specialists, Hotel Reservations at our Salt Lake City Reservations Office you will:


• Answers calls from guests all over North America interested in staying at any of our hotels.
• Provide elite customer service to our guests while trying to match them to the hotel that best meets their needs.
• All calls are inbound, calls are from guests who are interested in staying at our hotels.

Our Salt Lake City Reservations Office is located at 1275 West 2240 South in the Metro Business Park. We are a short 5 minute walk from the River Trail Trax Station.

Training for this class starts on January 9th, 2017. All hiring for this class will take place in 2016 so apply today!

Training for the part-time class lasts for 5 weeks and will be Monday through Friday from 4 pm to 10 pm. After training we can be flexible with afternoon, evening, and weekend schedules provided that you can work at least 20 hours per week.

Training is part-time (25 hours per week). After training we have lots of part-time scheduling options ranging from 20 hours per week and up.
