Training & Development Manager - Consumer Finance

A newly created position within the Consumer Finance Department focusing on Training & Development.
The Role Reporting to the VP, Consumer Finance, this position will focus on delivering world class training packages while making sure that processes and procedures are up to date across the Department. With a heavy focus on operational training, this role will be the expert in all system and processes across the different teams. This position will play a key role in onboarding all new and current employees in how the Department functions as well as job specific training.
The Criteria To be considered for this role it is important that you demonstrated the following:

- Preferably holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally frequently and for extended periods. Must have a current drivers license and passport.
- Prior experience as a trainer or presenter
- Experience in managing, coaching and mentoring required
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work hours and days that align with business needs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members delivering quality documentation and curriculum quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of adult learning, teaching methodologies and instructional design
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an interactive/coaching/mentoring approach to training
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines
