Key Job Responsibilities:


•Implements sales activities, action plans in his/her specific area of responsibility in order to achieve his/her personal goals and the over all team goals as stated in the marketing plan and his/her yearly target sheet.
•Implements all sales action plans related to his/her marketing area as outlined in the Business Plan.
•Develops and maintains the potential client's database and ensure proper documentation of accounts activities.
•Formulates corporate offer letters and yearly contracts and any other required business correspondence; finds new accounts are able to produce more business to the Company.
•Ensures comprehensive & completes coverage of own portfolio, achieving targets and maximum productivity
•Establishes and maintains files (S&C opera) on major active accounts and prospects accounts within his/her market area.
•Arranges site inspections, FAM trips and entertainment related to his/her market.
•Develops and maintains the potential client's database and ensure proper documentation of accounts activities.
•Formulates yearly contracts, Promotions any other required business correspondence; finds new accounts are able to produce more business to the Company.
•Maintains high level of exposure in the hotel through direct sales solicitations, telephone contacts and written communications.
•Interacts and liaise closely with Front Office, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and C&B Departments<br><br>
•Excellent inter personal relation skill and Business presentation
•Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
•Excellent organizational and administration skills
•Minimum of 2 years experience in 4/5 star hotel as Sales Executive
•University graduate in hotel management or equivalent
