Key Job Responsibilities:

Implements and executes all sales objectives and action plans set forth by the Director of Sales & Marketing to reach and exceed set targets
Prepares offer letters according to guest requirements and availability, according to company standards and selling strategy
Ensures that all necessary information about the event is obtained either from account manager or from the client directly prior to the preparation of an offer
Maximizes up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking
Establishes and maintains files of major accounts and assist superior in maintaining the accounts management system
Ensure that the company sales policies and SOPs are adhered to at all time
Identifies and manages sales opportunities for MICE and Event Companies.<br><br>
•Requires very good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
•Ability to implement and update the strategic Sales and Marketing plan
•Comprehension of hotel processes
•Analytical skills and ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and execute
•Ability to coordinate with colleagues, departments and management team
•Command of MS office and hotel PMS Opera
•Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management / Marketing / Business or related field
•Minimum of one year experience with similar position, luxury hotel experience is preferred
